2. Services

Jurisenta offers tailored advice and representation to business organizations. All engagements commence upon confirmation of details and receipt of full payment.

3. Digital Products

We distribute electronic materials such as guides and templates. Access and download are provided upon completion of purchase.

4. Physical Goods

We supply printed legal forms and branded materials. Orders ship after confirmation and payment.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in advance. Payment methods are described during checkout. Service scheduling follows payment confirmation.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Advisory Services

Cancellations submitted at least 72 hours before a scheduled session qualify for a full refund. Requests made less than 72 hours before the session incur a 50% cancellation charge. Sessions that have been delivered are not eligible for reimbursement. You may reschedule a session by contacting us via our contact form at least 48 hours before the appointment.

6.2 Digital Products

If a digital product remains unopened and unused, a refund request within 7 days of purchase will be honored. Approved reimbursements are processed within 14 days and credited to the original payment method.

6.3 Physical Goods

Unused physical items in original condition may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Shipping charges for returns are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective. Reimbursements are processed within 21 days of receipt of the returned item.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule any service, please contact us via our contact form. Requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid charges.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of Ottawa.
